- Close Quarters Battle (CQB): Room Clearing, Hallway Movement, Team Tactics
- Protective Operations: VIP Escort, Advance Planning, Protective Formations

- Medical Response: Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), Wound Management
- Use of Force & De-Escalation: Legal Standards, ROE, Arrest & Detain Procedures

- Fitness & Readiness: Physical Performance Testing, Stress Drills, Conditioning
New Hire Indoctrination
Every new hire undergoes a multi-phase Reaper Indoctrination Program that includes:
- Security Protocols and Operational SOPs
- Uniform and Equipment Familiarization
- Threat Recognition and Risk Assessment
- Ethics, Accountability, and Client Conduct
- Final Tactical Evaluation and Certification

Ongoing Training & Evaluation
Reaper Force Operators are continuously tested in:
- Quarterly Live Fire Qualifications
- Scenario-Based Tactical Drills
- Emergency Response Simulations
