Operator Requirements
Tier Structure: Tier 1 – Tier 3
Reaper Force Group utilizes a tiered operator system to define capabilities, responsibilities, and operational readiness. Each tier reflects the operator’s experience level, training qualifications, and mission deployment role.
Tier 1 Operator – Elite Tactical Specialist
(Special Operations-Level Assignment)
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior Special Operations, SWAT, or Tier 1 military unit experience (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of tactical field experience in high-threat environments
- Current armed security certification with advanced firearms qualification
- Certified in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or higher
- Valid Passport and ability to deploy internationally
- Clean background check and active security clearance (if required)
- Excellent physical condition and ability to pass advanced fitness standards
- Completion of Reaper Force Tier 1 Evaluation Course
Capabilities:
- Lead overseas missions, high-threat protection details, and convoy operations
- Engage in direct action response during emergencies or armed threats
- Plan and execute complex tactical movements
- Conduct risk assessments and mission planning
- Mentor Tier 2 and Tier 3 personnel
Tier 2 Operator – Senior Armed Operator
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior military, law enforcement, or high-level private security experience
- 3–5 years of field experience in armed security or executive protection
- Current firearms certification and demonstrated proficiency with rifle/pistol
- Certified in First Aid/CPR (TCCC preferred)
- Experience in protective formations and team-based operations
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Clean background and valid driver’s license
- Completion of Reaper Force Tier 2 Evaluation Course
Capabilities:
- Operate as detail lead on executive protection assignments
- Conduct transport security, perimeter security, and site defense
- Support Tier 1 operators in high-risk operations
- Interface with clients, law enforcement, and other agencies professionally
- Provide tactical support during emergencies
Tier 3 Operator – Armed Security Officer
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Guard Card and Exposed Firearms Permit (state compliant)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in armed security or military/police service
- Basic firearms qualification (with ongoing improvement training)
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and situational awareness
- Ability to follow chain of command and detailed operational procedures
- Pass Reaper Force onboarding evaluation and physical readiness test
Capabilities:
- Conduct armed posts, patrols, and static site security
- Assist in access control and vehicle checkpoints
- Act as supporting element for Tier 2 and Tier 1 operations
- Maintain readiness through training and continuous improvement
- Represent Reaper Force professionally at all client-facing locations
Advancement Path
Operators are promoted through the tiers based on performance, time in service, training completion, and operational evaluations. Promotion is earned, not given.
